Contact/Feedback forms are provided by The ATF on this website to allow users to provide valuable input to The ATF or to contact The ATF. The provision of certain personal details on feedback forms is optional. Users may provide personal details for the purpose of receiving a reply to their message/feedback. Any information provided to The ATF through this website remains private and is only used to facilitate administrative purposes. Access to and use of this information is restricted to the Working Committee of The ATF. The Australian Thyroid Foundation Ltd does not rent, sell or exchange website visitor's details to any other organisation.

Where a visitor supplies personal information, The ATF will keep it in its records for the purpose of sending information to the visitor relevant to the visitor's request. Supplying of personal information is voluntary but is necessessary in order for the visitor to receive information from The ATF.
