PLEASE NOTE: Yearly renewal membership fees are the same price as new membership fees.
Membership fees are yearly fees – A reminder will be sent to you each year, during the same month you initially joined The ATF.
AS A MEMBER OF THE ATF:
Your membership is vitally important to The ATF. Please ensure your membership is current. Without current membership, you will not receive the latest "Thyroid News" and member updates.
MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION:
Ensure you include your personal email address on your membership form. Without a constant email address, we cannot communicate with you and keep you updated.
KEEPING YOUR MEMERSHIP CURRENT:
Without current membership, The ATF cannot provide you with ongoing support and education, events and ATF updates.
